Stop criticism:

Criticism does not work.  Let's approve ourselves as we are right now.  If we are complaining about another person, we are complaining about some aspects of ourselves.  Everyone is reflection of us.  What we see in another person, we see it in ourselves.  Many times, we don't want to accept part of ourselves.

According to Louise,  criticizing others means criticizing about some aspect of ourselves. Well, that means it is probably better for me to be less critical about others because I will be impacted. :)  I love and approve of myself.  Bless others.
