Dear sir,

I think the best thing is life is to be with people that you love.

We recently bought a Ukulele.  Everyone likes it.  We watch YouTube and try to learn how to play it.

It's such a music.

I was reading a book describe different kind of Dad.

I realize that my Dad belong to the authoritarian type.  Since he passes away a few years ago, I always feel heavy.  

Well, I am going to say it.

We'll have mixed emotion with our family.

May God help us to be honest to those emotions.  It's ok to say "I love you" and it's ok to say no.  You have every right to say it.  May God bless us all.

We sometime talked to ourselves

We encourage ourselves and have compassion toward ourselves

no one is perfect

Dad didn't have dinner yet so he became easily agitated.

He has done meditation in the evening but it didn't help.

A love one passed by and he began screaming at her.

Later on, he says to the person.

"I am sorry

  I love you

  Please forgive me

  Thank you"

The sound of music

This morning, I was reading my newspaper as usual.

I hear the kid calling dada.

I hear the bird chipping.

I hear the computer sound at the background.

This is a wonderful day

Sometimes, taking a moment and listen to the surrounding sound.

It's an interesting moment.
