My dear,

At lunch time, I went to the supermarket to buy ginger.  The fresh vegetable is organized well and I suddenly realized that each of us needsair, water and fresh food.  That's all we need.

In the afternoon, another thought came over me.  The thing that is also necessary is being able to relax and have peace.
