father:       wanna to learn to ride a bike
daughter:   no

father:        what happen
daughter:   I am afraid to fall

father:        how abut I hold your bike while you ride?
daughter:    (look at father)
                   you won't let me fall?

father:         I will hold it
daughter:    (smile)
                   ok

A lot of times, we're afraid so we do not take the first step.
We're just humans.  I think we probably want to take one small tiny step.
If it goes well, we take another tiny step.

Turtle

turtle junior and his dad

turtle junior: Dad, I am going to make you proud
dad:               (smile)

turtle junior: one day, I am going to be faster than the rabbit
dad:               (smile)

(back in the school)
rabbit A:       that turtle (turtle junior) is too slow
rabbit B:        man, slow turtle

turtle junior: (silent)
                     one day, i am going to make my dad proud.

(After racing with rabbit, turtle junior realizes that he needs to figure another way.)

turtle junior: I am good with science.
                     I will see if there's a way with science.
             
(one day, turtle junior discover and build a motor cycle.)

turtle junior: From now on, I can be faster than the rabbit any times.

In our heart, there is someone we try to impress.

The thing is you don't need to impress others.
You just need to make yourself happy.

If constantly challenge yourself makes you happy, then do it.
If meditation makes you happy, then do it.

My dear brother

(Nancy is biting her nail..  Her older brother, David, enters the room.)

David:  What happens
Nancy:  um...

David:  Anything you wanna tell me
Nancy:  (still a bit worry)

David:  I won't tell anyone
Nancy:  um... um.... ok

David:  what happen
Nancy:  I forgot to turn in my assignment...
              so I send an email to my teacher.

David:  and..
Nancy:  He hasn't gotten back to me...
              I hope he is not angry...

David:   (looks at his sister sympathetically)
Nancy:  I just want the teacher to be ok with me.

David:   (with a smile) I always love and support you no matter what
              You are my sweetest and my dearest sister
Nancy:  (looks at Tom)
              Thank you dear brother

A lot of times, we worry about something.
But when we look around, there are people who love us and who support us.
I am always thankful to the people who love and supports me.
