Enjoy life

 Day 13:

If you can find a moment to sit, wherever you are, sty there and enjoy doing nothing.  Just enjoy your in-breath and out-breath.  Don't allow yourself to be carries away by your thinking, worries, or projects.  Just sit there and enjoy doing nothing; enjoy your breathing and the fact that you are alive and that you have twenty minutes or half an hour to enjoy doing nothing.  This is very healing, transforming and nourishing.

(We all believe that we want to make each moment count, so we work so hard.  Sometimes we forgot that life is passing us by.  It's relaxing and peaceful to do nothing for twenty or thirty minutes.  It's also good to listen to the music of life.  All is well.  David)
