I am always here for you

My dear,

When my emotion is up and my tone become critical, you can't handle it and you react in a negative way.  You want me to speak softer.

I am trying to find a solution.  I think when my emotion go up, I will do the following:  (brainstorming, not in sequence)

A.  Write down what I want to say to you instead of talking.
B.  Tell myself, "I am willing to release the pattern in myself that create this condition."
C.  Tell myself, "All is well.  Everything is working out for my highest good.  Out of this situation only good will come.  I am safe"

D.
D1.  Stand straight or sit straight (breath)
D2.  Congratulation myself that I am aware.  (Am I thinking or feeling?)
D3.  Where is the sensation in my body.
D4.  Breath in and out into my nose.  Breath in and out to this sensation in my body.
